I am so disappointment with myself. It has been three months (well..almost) and I have not been giving 100%. I haven’t been eating right and I haven’t given 100% at Hourglass and at the gym.

Today I saw a beautiful transformation.

How motivating is this picture? I looked at it today and said, “Imagine what I would look like If I just pushed myself.” Thank you Keisha Edwards for giving me fitsporation. I am now on to a new me….HERE WE GO!
